Plywood Manufacturing
Log Delivery and Preparation – Timber logs are digitally measured, cut, and debarked.
Veneer Peeling – Rotating logs are peeled with knives to produce thin veneer sheets.
Drying and Grading – The veneers are dried and sorted according to quality parameters.
Bonding – Cross-bonding with phenol-formaldehyde resin.
Pressing – Under high pressure and temperature to create a strong panel.
Cutting and Calibration – Cut and calibrated to the required thickness and dimensions.
Coating – For laminated products: paper/resin or polypropylene films.
Packaging – With a batch number for traceability and quality control.
