Description
The panels are manufactured by cross-bonding veneer layers with waterproof phenolic resin.
The bonding complies with the requirements of EN 314-2, Class 3 – the highest class for exterior applications.

Taber Test (wear resistance): up to 700 revolutions
Surface
Face side (Hexa structure):
- Brown phenolic coating – 240 g/m²
- Hexagonal (Hexa) texture
Back side:
- Brown phenolic coating – 120 g/m²
- Smooth surface
- Other coatings or colours available upon request
- The edges are sealed with brown water-based acrylic paint.
Surface Quality
Film-faced plywood with a highly durable and easy-to-clean surface.
Applications
Welde Robusta HEXA is designed for applications in the light commercial vehicle segment, including:
- Vans
- Small trailers
It is also used in construction for:
- Scaffolding
