Welde Birch WIREMESH is birch plywood with an anti-slip coating, specially developed for applications requiring low weight and high slip resistance. Compared to poplar plywood, birch plywood is significantly stronger and more durable, making it an ideal choice for heavy-duty and long-term applications without compromising its excellent anti-slip properties.

Description

The panels are manufactured by cross-bonding veneer layers with waterproof phenolic resin. The bonding complies with the requirements of EN 314-2, Class 3 – the highest class for exterior applications.

  • Taber Test (wear resistance): 450–500 revolutions

 

Surface

  • Face side (anti-slip):Brown phenolic coating – 240 g/m², wiremesh pattern
  • Back side: Brown phenolic coating – 120 g/m², smooth surface  
  • Other coatings or colours available upon request  
  • The edges are sealed with brown water-based acrylic paint  

 

Surface Quality
